A Goddard College alumna, M. Dante is known for her social and criminal justice blogging, critical writing, commentary, creative non-fiction and poetry. In 2015 She performed in Litquake at the Contemporary Jewish Museum alongside the Amy Winehouse Retrospective. She is a 2014 semi-finalist and a 2017 finalist in the William Faulkner Society “Wisdom” Competition in Louisiana, sharing by invitation that original poetry at the Philadelphia Art Museum in affiliation with Philadelphia Assembled and The Erotic Literary Salon. Since 2014 her poetry and creative nonfiction have been published in affiliation with Philadelphia Noir Con. Since 1999 she has lived in Pennsylvania.
